SALES POLICY
We are very proud of our 100% positive feedback, if you find that your item/s does not reach you in satisfactory condition please contact us through this website, and we will do our very best to rectify any problems.
PAYMENT POLICY
Our policy is to collect payment at the time of service. We realize this is not always an option for our clients so we have listed below payment options for the wide variety of services that iTech Innovations provides.
We currently accept the following forms of payment:

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Before returning any merchandise, contact sales@itechinnovations.com with your receipt number. A sales representative will contact you within 24 business hours of your call.
Any returns to iTech Innovations must be made within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the product.
While iTech Innovations makes every effort to inform its customers the details of the products we carry, it is ultimately the consumer’s responsibility to understand the specifications, capabilities and limitations of the products purchased. Failure on the customer’s part to do so does not warrant a no-charge refund or exchange.
WARRANTY POLICY
iTech Innovations branded computer come with a one-year-limited-warranty. The limited warranty covering your system will be noted on your invoice and included in the documentation accompanying your system. If for any reason the system warranty is not noted on your invoice the default warranty is a 30-day limited warranty. NOTE: This information applies to Jamaica only, unless specifically stated otherwise. Non iTech branded computer is covered by the In-Store Sales Policy and warranted directly by the manufacturer. Each non-iTech -branded manufacturer will have its own warranty policies and procedures. Prior to any purchase please consult with that manufacturer to avoid any iTech restocking fees and policy conflicts. For example, if you purchase a DELL computer system from iTech Innovations you will receive warranty service directly from DELL however you will also have a fee based support option from iTech Innovations. Any or all charges will be outlined during drop off of your computer system at iTech Innovations for service. If you have any specific questions please ask prior to the commencement of any service work performed by iTech Innovations.
